France Vacation Villa

The house has a pristine, open and airy ambiance, accented with rounded archways, wrought-iron railings, tile throughout and all new finishings. The front of the house is covered with windows, flooding the kitchen and salon area with light. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a professional gas stove. The kitchen eating area has seating for 8.

The highlight of this villa lies in the vast outdoor terrace perfect for long evening meals overlooking the grounds studded with olive trees, complete with the stone ruins of an ancient building. Beyond the terrace lies a fabulous pool house for outdoor dining, lounging in the shade or grilling in the afternoon or evening. The side of the house offers sweeping views of Mt St. Victoire, a favored site painted by Cezanne. Next to the olive grove lies a playing court for "boules", the beloved pastime of the Provencaux. The driveway is secured with a striking wrought iron gate.

Upstairs there are 3 simple yet pretty bedrooms with a full bathroom (shower/tub) and separate WC (toilet). Downstairs has an extra room that serves as an office (wireless internet) with a mezzanine with extra sleeping for two (ideal for children or adolescents). There is an additional full bathroom downstairs with shower as well as a jacuzzi, offering a wonderful benefit to those who will be indulging in the endless hiking and biking to be experienced in the region.
