Overview
This property consists of two houses. The larger house is the Mas, a large farmhouse set on a courtyard. The house has been meticulously restored to modern standards, using traditional materials. It has five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, with each bathroom having both a bath and a shower. There are 3 half baths as well. The reception area consists of a large drawing room with open stone fireplace, three full length French windows, with views of the Luberon; there is also a smaller sitting room/library with a fireplace, 40 inch TV and DVD player; a large dining room with open fireplace, a large kitchen with Professional range/oven, American fridge/freezer with icemaker and cold water; a small upstairs kitchen with stove, dishwasher and double sink. All bedrooms, each one decorated in an individual style, have balconies or terraces. The courtyard makes a peaceful haven in the middle, with areas for dining and features a covered dining room with views to the Luberon. The swimming pool is about 50 meters from the house, and is a free form “natural†style “infinity†pool, with a sloping beach into the pool. It is heated, when necessary, by heat pump. Views from the house and pool are magnificent.
The second house is the Bastide --an 18th Century former hunting lodge, peacefully situated below the main house, about 300 metres away. It has its own pool, a large rectangular traditional style pool with summer kitchen, barbecue and sheltered eating area. The house has three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, plus a separate shower room accessible to all rooms, and a downstairs WC. The reception rooms consist of a large semi circular drawing room with open stone fireplace, a smaller sitting room with open fire and TV/DVD, and a kitchen/dining room. Outside the house is a wide terrace, with a dining table under a trellis.

Located on 30 acres of private land. Surrounded by thousands of acres of oak woodland, all part of the Luberon National Park. Villages 10 minutes away and shopping 20 minutes.
Getting here:
The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car. You would plan to see Paris on the way back, taking the TGV from Avignon TGV to Gare de Lyon, getting a cab to your hotel in the city.

Terms and Conditions
Arrival: Saturday
Minimum Stay: 1 week - please inquire about exceptions outside the summer months
Includes: Final cleaning and any additional maid service as described above.
Confirming your reservation: We will send a rental agreement by fax, email or regular mail. The rental agreement will specify the rental price, the amount of security deposit and the maximum number of overnight occupants.
Initial payment: The signed rental agreement and payment of the 50% deposit using a check or bank wire transfer(preferred) must be received within 7 seven days to confirm the reservation. The second 50% is due 60 days before arrival - we will email you a reminder 75 days before your arrival.
Payment acknowledgment: Immediately upon receipt of your initial or final payment we will mail you an Acknowledgement of Payment. The Acknowledgement will note the remaining balance, if any, and when the payment is due.
Final payment The second half of the rent and any security deposit are due in our offices 60 days before the first day of your rental. We must strictly adhere to this procedure, and failure to comply could result in cancellation of the booking. Don't worry about forgetting -- we'll remind you if your payment is not received on time.
Cancellation Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is a painful event for both owner and renter. The renter cancels because of some unexpected hardship; meanwhile the owner may have turned away rental opportunities and thus lost revenue. We have a no refund cancellation policy, but usually succeed in rescheduling cancelled reservations to the Spring or Fall or booking the cancelled period to another group and refunding the party that cancelled. Failure to pay the final balance which is due 60 days before arrival may be deemed a cancellation with no refund due. Security deposits are fully refundable. Clients are strongly urged to take out Trip Cancellation Insurance with the carrier of their choice at the time of confirmation. We can send a Travel Insurance quote to US or Canadian residents for all or part of the cost of your trip. We would need the name, birth date, airline carrier, dates of travel and amount of money to be covered for each guest who would like to be insured. Please inquire for a quote.
Security Deposit: The security deposit is taken as a signed promise that we can charge your credit card for any unpaid damage or expenses incurred during your stay. It is very rare that we ever charge a card - we inform our guests before doing so. Reasonable wear and tear is not charged for, but the cost of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.
Extra Charges The rent includes taxes, standard utilities and maid service as noted above. Additional maid or other services can be arranged and are charged for separately. In cold months November through April there is an additonal 100 euro per week charge for heating cost.
