Ronald Guillaume
Experience a night with Ronald at least once during your stay. Enjoy elegant 4 course meals complete with service. What a wonderful way to celebrate an anniversary, a birthday or just being around the table with friends and family. Ronald arrives in the afternoon and prepares the meal in the kitchen of your villa, sets the table, and serves the meal, and tidies up. This provides an excellent alternative to eating at restaurants especially for those traveling with children (restaurants do not serve evening meal until 7:30 pm) If you would like a night with him we highly recommend booking your date in advance.

Helen McLeod
A native of England, Helen is a full time resident of Provence and has years of experience honing her culinary skills to offer a lovely selection of menus using the freshest local ingredients in season. Choose to have full chef services with in-home cooking and table service, or opt to have more simple (and economical) meals delivered to reheat at your convenience.

Chef Youcef Djellab: Deluxe Home Restauration
Originally from the Picardy region, now living near Avignon, Youcef Djellab shares his Provençal, sun-kissed Mediterranean cuisine with French and foreign clients. After having spent years traveling around the world and cooking fine dishes in the of the kitchens of well-known restaurants, Youcef now enjoys a cooking for private groups in Provence as well as abroad for short missions. Just phone him and he will organize anything from a romantic dinner for two to a party for thirty guests.

Based between Saint Rémy de Provence and Avignon, L’éveil des Papilles offer a wide selection of services at your villa or the place of reception. Personalized packages range from market menus, cooking classes to prestigious dinners.
Tocquadom: near St-Remy de Provence
Yvan Gilardi, graduated from the catering school of Thonon les Bains in the Haute-Savoie, and has eighteen years experience working in various gastronomic restaurants.
In 2003 he began to explore the concept of re-creating professional restaurant cooking in people's homes and so he created 'La Toque à domicile'- 'Toquadom'. Between 2006 and 2008 he combined his work as chef in a well-known restaurant in Provence with catering for private clients in their homes, but at the beginning of 2009 he decided to devote all his energies to refining and further developing this unique 'at home' services.
