Charlotte only provides service for the following villas : Mas de Gancel, Maison D’Alleins, Bastide des Jardins.

Please note that the group needs to select only one item from each list. The whole group will thus be served the same meal.

  • Minimum 6 people
  • Beverages not included
  • Please pay cash on the evening (euros)
  • Half price for a children’s menu for those under 12 years of age

MENU 25 EUROS PER PERSON

Includes :
Apéritif(Tapenade – Provencal Alive Paste or Olive Appetizer Cake) + Entrée (or Salade) + Main Course + Cheese Platter + Dessert

LES SALADES

  1. Salade parmesane
  2. Endive, magret de canard (duck breast), pomme (apple), noix (walnut)
  3. Salade fenouil (fennel), artichaut et pancetta
  4. Salade artichaut, féta, olives noires et citron confit
  5. Salade de pâte à la méditerranéenne

ENTREE

  1. Terrine aux trois viande (veal, duck, porc) - Provencal Meat Loaf
  2. Tarte à l’oignon
  3. Tarte au fenouil (fennel) caramélisé
  4. Vegetable Terrine de légumes (Red pepper and courgette in basil sauce)
  5. Goat Cheese wrapped in Courgette
  6. Felfla ( Compote of tomatoe, red pepper and coriandre)

MAIN COURSE

  1. Veal stew with Polenta Gratin – Osso Bucco, gratin de polenta
